How to Return an Item:
Due to the sensitive nature of herbal health and beauty products, glass and other fragile products, we cannot accept returns on any products once the seal has been broken. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return or exchange policy is effective for 48 hours after the product has been delivered. If 48 hours has expired since your product was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This is due to product storage and tampering regulations.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
You should receive your refund within 10-14 working days.
Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully prepared and inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that 48-hour time frame. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are damaged during the shipping phase. Contact us immediately with the information about the damaged product and we will initiate the product exchange process.
